'Submit' button greyed out
A common issue is that customers find they are unable to progress from a course's review question. Often this is because the question is looking for multiple answers, and selecting all correct answers will trigger the 'Submit' button to become active.
If this has not resolved the problem you may be experiencing browser issues. We recommend updating your browser if it is an old version (you can check what version your current browser is by using ''What Browser?'')
