1. Find new LawCPD Subscribers 

  1. Open the subscriptions tab in RJ metrics
  2. Scroll to 'Subscriptions purchased previous week'
  3. Add any order numbers that aren't yet in the LexiCast Subscriber Sheet to column D. 
  4. Open Magento-Sales-Orders
  5. Search the ID and find customer details
  6. Add details to Columns A-E, with subscription date being the date of order.
  7. Leave column F 'Follow up email' empty until you have finished task
  8. For column G 'Cancel date' if they have subscribed to: 
    1. 60 day plan - cancel date will be 60 days from date of purchase 
    2. annual plan - cancel date will be 1 year from date of purchase


2. Add subscriber to Supercast

  1. Open Supercast and login
    • if you aren't taken to creator dashboard, click 'switch view' on the top tab and change to creator dashboard.
  2. Go to Subscriptions on the side tab on the left 
  3. Press 'New Subscriber' in top right corner
  4. Fill out the following using their Magento details (can be found in customers - all customers): 
    1. First and Last names
    2. Email
    3. Plan - if you are signing them up for the LawCPD subscription then set plan as 'LawCPD Subscription Access'.
    4. Untick 'Send a welcome email'


3. Send welcome email 


You will need to send users a welcome email in Helpdesk.

  1. Open helpdesk and press new-email
  2. Load ticket template 'LexiCast subscription account created - Welcome email'
  3. Edit the highlighted parts including
    1. Name
    2. Which subscription they have purchased 
    3. The email their new account is under
  4. In column F 'follow-up email' write 'SENT' to indicate that we have sent the welcome email
