To gain feedback about our free podcast subscription, we are sending out emails to new subscribers. To do so, follow the following steps:
- Open the subscriptions page on Supercast
- Compare the subscribers to the Follow-up email google sheet.
- if there are no new subscribers no further action is required. Mark the recurring task as done and due a week from current date.
- if there are new subscribers continue to step 3
- Copy the information of the new subscriber into the google sheet. For the name copy it straight from Supercast so that the link is carried over.
- Send the canned response titled: 'LexiCast Free Subscriber Follow Up'to each subscriber, ensuring that you replace highlighted sections.
- Subject line: So, how was LexiCast?
- If the user replies, copy the feedback into the google sheet and reply.
