Use when your course doesn't show after clicking Start or Resume in MyCPD


Cause

  • Typically either popup blocker or an outdated browser prevents your course from loading
  • These blockers are built into most modern browsers


Disable Popup Blocker for LawCPD.com.au

  1. Determine which browser you are using (Chrome, Edge Firefox or Safari) by opening whatsmybrowser.org
  2. Follow the steps to allow popups in your browser:
    1. Chrome
    2. Edge
    3. Firefox
    4. Safari
  3. After enabling pop-ups:
    1. Ensure you have logged out and logged back into your MyCPD.
    2. Refreshed your browser by reloading the page.
    3. Open lawcpd.com.au in an incognito window/private browser mode.
