Use when your course doesn't show after clicking Start or Resume in MyCPD
Cause
- Typically either popup blocker or an outdated browser prevents your course from loading
- These blockers are built into most modern browsers
Disable Popup Blocker for LawCPD.com.au
- Determine which browser you are using (Chrome, Edge Firefox or Safari) by opening whatsmybrowser.org
- Follow the steps to allow popups in your browser:
- After enabling pop-ups:
- Ensure you have logged out and logged back into your MyCPD.
- Refreshed your browser by reloading the page.
- Open lawcpd.com.au in an incognito window/private browser mode.
