Before you start: You should have been provided a PowerPoint file by Sarah, which will have the Course Settings information on the last slide ('Course' slide). Ensure you have this open, along with the competencies spreadsheet.

If an option is missing below, it means leave it as is / it doesn't need filling in ... much of the information is now added in Magento later

If a Product Shell has already been created: (if none, skip to A. Settings below)

  1. A. Settings

      1. Use this as a guide: Competencies Google sheet
    2. How to fill it out
      1. Geography - enter the State or Territory
        • Each State or Territory must be added in a separate fields (even if they are within the same 'competency' areas)
      2. Discipline - enter Barrister or/ and Solicitor
        • Be wary that in some states, the competency may be different between barrister and solicitors. In this scenario, they must be added in a separate field.
      3. Competency - make sure it matches up exactly with the information on the slides
        • Be wary that from state to state, the competency area may be slightly different
          • E.g. 'practice management' in WA, but 'practice management and business skills' in most other states
