Most Australian jurisdictions which have compulsory legal CPD do not have a system of accreditation. Barristers and solicitors from most jurisdictions can claim CPD points for completing LawCPD courses if they believe they are relevant to their immediate or long term needs in relation to their professional development and the practice of law. Detailed information about these requirements are available at our CPD points requirements section.

In Western Australia, there is a system of accreditation and LawCPD has been approved by the Legal Practice Board of Western Australia as a quality assured provider of continuing professional development activities.
